Processing Times

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM (AEST) may be processed the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

FREE on all orders. 5-7 business days

International Shipping
We currently only offer shipping to Australia. However, watch this space!

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will investigate and offer a solution, including reshipping or refunding the order.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at info@rheaaustralia.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Please note that items must be in unused and returned in their original condition & packaging, including dust bag, strap and velcro attachments.

Return Process
Once your return request is approved, you may return your item to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different color, subject to availability. If you'd like to exchange your product, please follow the return process and indicate that you'd like an exchange in your email.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exclusions
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are worn or altered in any way.
