Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM (AEST) may be processed the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. However, watch this space!

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will investigate and offer a solution, including reshipping or refunding the order.
